Food processing: Wastewater treatment project in an industrial park in Chengdu

The project is designed to treat 19,500 m³/d of water. It uses 36 sets of LGJ1E3-2000×56 submerged ultrafiltration membrane boxes. The membrane material is PVDF composite membrane. The effective area of ​​each curtain membrane assembly is 31 square meters. Each membrane box is installed with 48 curtain membrane assemblies. A total of 4 membrane pools are set up, and 9 membrane boxes are placed in each membrane pool. It was completed in December 2015 and entered trial operation.

The project has been upgraded, expanded and updated since December 2020. The upgraded water treatment capacity has reached 25,000 m³/d.
